We also believe that variety and fun are vital elements to Living a sustainable and happy life, from healthy and delicious foods, to fitness. We offer several types of yoga and fitness classes, so that you can feel free to try new things and change your movement as your needs and interests change, all in one beautiful location.
OUTDOOR Vinyasa Yoga
Held under the shade in the beautiful Queens Marketplace Coronation Pavilion, you can enjoy our beautiful year round weather while taking a yoga class. We also hold classes in our studio.

Featuring our local artist designed, “ALOHA” we co-brand with our sales partners Lululemon and Beyond Yoga active and athleisure wear.
CAFE
Our cafe offers espresso, REAL matcha and chai, Syrups made locally by Hamakua Coast Provisions like Ube and Macadamia nut, and Mary’s sinless syrups for guilt free sweetness to compliment your coffee. We use organic whole milk, or your choice of almond, oat, or coconut. Level up before or after class. Smoothies and acai bowls COMING SOON!

To ENSURE your spot in a class, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you sign up in advance, however, walk-ins are welcomed on a space available basis. ANY cancellations within 12 hours of class time OR not showing up for class will result in a charge for the full class.
