No dance experience required! This class is very easy to follow, but difficult to do, no matter your fitness level. Use the barre and other props to challenge your balance and strength, working all muscles to fatigue, burning, shaking, and sweating to high energy music and a smile on your face. Our barre classes typically fuse cardio, strength, yoga/Pilates, dance inspired toning and strengthening movements, with a big emphasis on core. A great place to start your journey to fitness.
