Brittany has lived on the Big Island since she was 6, and feels constantly inspired by what it offers in beauty and energy. She started teaching in 1999 after a competitive surfing injury, and believes completely that movement IS medicine. She has taught Spin, Body Pump, Turbo Kickboxing, Piyo, Zumba, TRX Suspension Training, Yoga, Hot Vinyasa, Buti MVMT, Barre Above, and more over 25 years of group instruction and is a Yoga Alliance registered ERYT 200 Yoga Instructor. She completed her MA in Counseling Psychology in 2013, where she dedicated years as a undergrad research assistant in cognitive psychology at UH and in Germany at Heinrich Heine in Dusseldorf, before conducting her own graduate level research examining exercise‘s effects on brain chemistry and subjective depression symptoms. She is working towards licensure at North Hawaii Hospice, and hopes to help people develop a deeply personal relationship to movement that encompasses more than physical and aesthetic goals that Is sustainable across a lifetime.
Brittany currently specializes in formats that focus on agility, flexibility, and functional strength. Participants in her classes expect a physical challenge, a creative flow, music, expert sequencing and cueing.

Cynthia is a ballet dancer at heart and naturally fell in love with the precision, challenge and sense of well-being that Pilates and movement offers. In addition to many years of intensive classical ballet training, she taught ballet and helped choreograph and guide young children through their own discovery of dance within Marin and Sonoma, California.
In 2008, Cynthia received her comprehensive Pilates training for teaching including Mat, Reformer, Tower, Ladder Barrel, and Wunda chair through ITT (Integrated Teacher Training) in San Francisco, guided by Pilates Industry leaders, Madeline Black and Jean Sullivan. In addition, she is a nationally recognized and certified Pilates instructor through the NPCP. She has worked for St. Francis Dance Medicine within the Physical Therapy Department and has certifications with BASI Pilates for Pathologies for Pilates.
Noah is a sought after instructor born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. His style of teaching helps his participants to access and engage deep parts of themselves, allowing for a practice that is unique, even for regular practitioners and for yoga instructors.

Nadine has been practicing Yoga since she moved to Hawaii Island 12 years ago. She began her practice as a way to gain strength and balance, as a compliment to the half marathons she was running. It was to her surprise what an impact it had on her life, helping her to find peace and giving her support through the obstacles of a career in nursing. Nadine loves to practice Vinyasa, and is passionate about introducing people to a yoga practice through her “Slow Flow“ class, wonderful for seniors and those interested in taking their first steps into a yoga practice.
Debbi has a deep love of teaching, movement as a means of self care, and creating spaces for community. She became a student of yoga and meditation over 20 years ago, and over the years she has taught a variety of fitness classes including yoga, barre, buddhi, HIIT and hoop fitness. With a Bachelor’s degree in education, and as a Hawaii state licensed Massage therapist, Debbi loves to thoughtfully plan classes, mindfully modify and watch students grow in their abilities.
Beginning as a devoted student at Yoga Barre, Danielle benefited from hundreds of hours of classes with our master instructors Cynthia and Brittany before being trained as a group fitness instructor through NASM. Heidi was trained in Yoga in Nepal under a rigorous 500 hour teacher training. She brings an authenticity to her practice that extends beyond the asana that takes place on the mat. As a lifelong dancer with professional experience in performance, she brings us the grace and creativity that can only be developed through that practice. Students can feel her energetic and joyful spirit in her classes, and appreciate her flows and cues.
Born and raised in Waimea on The Big Island of Hawaii, Crystal Wood is a mom, surfer, yogi, and former elementary PE teacher. She has been practicing Buti Yoga for 12 years and teaching it for the last 6. Crystal began her Buti Yoga journey as a way of staying active during a major transitional period in her life. As she grew into the practice, she discovered that Buti had a magical way of moving the energy within her like no other workout or movement she had ever experienced. She loved it so much that she became certified in the methodology in 2018 and has never looked back, teaching in studios throughout San Diego and Hawaii. Recently relocating from California back to her hometown of Waimea, when she’s not teaching Buti, Crystal is wrangling her spirited son, Merrick, frolicking in the ocean and enjoying the wonderful gift of living in Hawaii Nei.
Hayley was trained in yoga in the magical Waipio Valley on Hawaii island. She offers a diverse teaching background including Barre and many other fitness formats, and is trained in massage. Her classes are FUN and wild, just like the Big island. Expect to laugh and sweat and be motivated with her high energy.
