Nadine has been practicing Yoga since she moved to Hawaii Island 12 years ago. She began her practice as a way to gain strength and balance, as a compliment to the half marathons she was running. It was to her surprise what an impact it had on her life, helping her to find peace and giving her support through the obstacles of a career in nursing. Nadine loves to practice Vinyasa, and is passionate about introducing people to a yoga practice through her “Slow Flow“ class, wonderful for seniors and those interested in taking their first steps into a yoga practice.
