We offer a 600 square foot studio equipped with heaters, air conditioning, full length mirrors, a bluetooth sound system, string Wi-Fi (to stream virtually) and many yoga and fitness props. We have hosted a variety of specialty classes, workshops, and groups. Deep is a restorative movement practice that pairs physical touch and cross-crawl techniques with activation of the deep core to create mind, body and somatic coherence. We utilize the Spiral Structure Technique® to create inner and outer unit core coordination while catalyzing vibrational change on a cellular level through shifts in tension and frequency. Deep is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements paired with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle tissue, restructuring the deep core and restoring somatic experience and integration.
This certification is ideal for yoga and fitness instructors, pelvic floor therapists, physical therapists and other somatic-based movement practitioners. Training covers in-depth anatomy and physiology concepts in addition to practical movement applications, hand positioning, and injury site-specific protocols.
This certification can be utilized in group or individual settings for a variety of populations, including those suffering from burnout, neurological dysregulation, injuries, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, postpartum challenges, chronic physical discomfort, and feelings of disconnection
Certification is a life-changing experience. You’ll work hard, push yourself through physical and emotional barriers and connect with other students who will become lifelong friends. No previous knowledge is required; however, we encourage you to practice Deep with us online 3-4 times per week leading up to your training. This helps you establish muscle memory ahead of your certification. Training days run approximately 12 hours depending on the group size. You will be expected to know asana form and alignments on the first day of training. In-person training hours will be focused on movement anatomy, sequencing and demonstration. The second day of training consists of our demo and feedback portion. Every trainee will be required to do a class demonstration following the specific guidelines and rubric presented in training. These demonstrations range from 8-10 minutes depending on the size of the group.

Yoga can help reduce stress because it promotes relaxation, the natural opposite of stress. In this workshop we will discuss how yoga can benefit three aspects of ourselves that are often affected by stress: our body, mind, and breathing. The workshop will include asana, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and a special gift for yogis to take home.
