Come join Nadine Reese for an intro workshop that teaches you basics of pranayama (breathwork) and the foundation of asana (poses and movement). Nadine is a RN who is passionate about the physical and emotional benefits of yoga. Her welcoming vibe and excellent queuing are perfect for you to let go and begin. All are welcome, including seniors. We have chairs, blocks, straps, and blankets for use as props that offer support.
